Drug and breath alcohol testing is available on a walk-in basis, but an appointment may make for shorter waiting times. All other services require an appointment.

We are centrally located in Duluth, MN – on Hwy 53 near the Miller Hill Mall. Access to our parking lot is from Maple Grove Road. Parking is free.
